1. General provisions

1.1. The company has the right to collect, store and process the following User data: any information that the User provided when filling out and submitting the google form "Application for project placement on the Fusor platform," or by sending a request to the Site or sending a message to the Company's email address hello@fusor.org. This information includes, in particular, but is not limited to: the name of the legal entity, the surname, first name, patronymic of the individual, including the contact person of the legal entity, their identification data, email address, phone number, contact information, any information about the project (startup), including general information, information about the product (name, description, competitive advantages, current status (prototype / pre-production model / small-scale production / serial production)), information about the market (consumers, competitors, etc.), information about the team (hired employees and involved specialists, their number, personal data, including experience and work experience), information about the financial condition of the project, etc.

1.2. The User's consent is automatically given by taking one of the following actions:

a) submitting a completed google form "Application for project placement on the Fusor platform";
b) sending a request on the Site (by clicking the "Send request" button);
c) sending a message containing personal data to the Company's email address hello@fusor.org.

By sending their personal data to the Company, the User gives consent to the Company for the processing of his personal and other data, as well as agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1.3. User data is used for the purpose of carrying out the Company's business activities, namely in part:

• checking the reliability of the User as a potential partner and/or checking the effectiveness of the project and its compliance with the Company's criteria for making a decision by the Company about the feasibility of further cooperation;

• establishing and maintaining communication between the User and the Company regarding the possibility of establishing business relations;

• placement (in the event of the Company's decision) of information about the User's project on the Site.

1.4. User's personal data is stored for the period necessary for the purpose of their processing.

1.5. The User has the rights of a personal data subject in accordance with the Law "On personal data protection."

1.6. The Company undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the personal data of the users of this Site, taking into account the provisions of this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.7. Authorized employees of the Company who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of users' personal data, as well as third parties providing services to the Company for site support and administration, and other services related to the Company's business activities, may have access to the user's personal data. These authorized employees and/or third parties, based on the agreements concluded with us, undertake to comply with all the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection of users' personal data and their confidentiality.

1.8. The Company has the right to transfer the user's personal data to third parties (experts and competent representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine) to achieve the purpose of collecting and processing this data, provided that the third party ensures the confidentiality of personal data in their processing and use, undertakes not to disclose to other persons, and not to distribute the personal data of users without their consent.

1.9.     The Company may disclose the user's personal data if necessary to comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, and the Company's refusal to provide such information will be a violation of the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.

1.10.  The User has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a message of the appropriate content in any form to the email address hello@fusor.org. In this case, the Company will not consider and verify the User (his project) as a potential partner for further relations with the Company.

1.11. A legal entity, providing information about individuals (employees, involved specialists) on its behalf, guarantees that it has this information on legal grounds and has all the necessary rights to dispose of this data, including its transfer to third parties. In case of violation of this guarantee, the legal entity is liable in accordance with the law.

2. Personal data protection

2.1. The protection of personal data processed by the Company is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

2.2. The Company ensures the fulfillment of all relevant obligations regarding compliance with confidentiality defined by this Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as ensures the application of technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized and/or illegal disclosure or processing of User's personal data, unauthorized access to them, their accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

3. Policy amendments

3.1. The Company has the right to change and/or supplement the content of this Privacy Policy at its discretion at any time. The Company does this by publishing a new version of the Policy on the Site.

3.2. In case of disagreement with the Privacy Policy in the new version, the User may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message of the appropriate content in any form to the email address hello@fusor.org.
